The 28 day program is used to get you accustomed to movement, a workout schedule and healthy eating plan. Use all of the guides provided to create a program that works for your specific needs and schedule. Things to know about the 28 Day Program

This program is designed in circuits. Each day you are given a workout program compete with different circuits to follow. Each workout should run you about 30-45 minutes in total combined with cardio days. Cardio is just as important to your workouts as your food. Follow the scheduled program as closely as possible for the best results.
